SHIPPING RETURNS

Shipping Policy 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped via UPS for next day delivery. Please note that frozen items may thaw in transit. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we, unfortunately, cannot always guarantee next day delivery. Please note during the holiday season we cannot always guarantee next day delivery with UPS.

Bella Bella Gourmet Foods currently ships all orders overnight $100.00 minimum, Monday – Thursday, for next day delivery. Next day delivery is available for orders placed online by 12 PM EST time or, pending on availability, within two business days. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed by 12 PM EST time Friday.  

Shipping is not included in the price. Orders received by noon will be shipped out the same day or, pending on availability, within two business days. All orders are shipped with a Signature Release authorization so that the package may be delivered without your signature.

Please schedule accordingly. All orders will be shipped in insulated boxes via UPS Expedited – Overnight delivery with Shipper Release.

Bella Bella Gourmet Foods is not responsible for shipping delays. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Bella Bella Gourmet Foods is not responsible for errors in addresses provided to us.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for the shipping address.

Return Policy

We at Bella Bella Gourmet take great pride in all the products that we produce. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all of our products. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24-hours of receiving your shipment in order for us to respond to your request properly. We offer a 100% refund if you are not completely satisfied.

Pick Up Policy

Bella Bella Gourmet’s Pick Up option offers you the convenience of placing an order on bellabellagourmet.com and subsequently picking up your item(s) at our Bella Bella Gourmet location, 35 Industry Drive, West Haven, CT 06516.  This feature not only saves you shipping charges but also helps you expedite any time-sensitive projects.
We are not a storefront, but we will have the products ready for you when you arrive.

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Place your order on www.bellabellagourmet.com.
  2. Choose the Pick Up In-Store option at checkout and provide us with a date and time of when you would like to pick up your order in the comment section.
  3. You will receive a series of email messages. First, you’ll get an automatic Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. We will send another email when the order is ready to be picked up.  Please note that not all items are eligible for Pick Up In-Store right away, we may need an extra day to obtain the product.
  4. Bring your confirmation email, your order number to Bella Bella Gourmet to pick up your order.

Store pickup is valid only during regular operating hours and only for orders confirmed via Order Pickup Notification email.

Normal Operation Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST time, excluding Holidays.

Return Policy and Order Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of the products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
  • The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
  • Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully.  Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order with advance notice. We will do all that we can to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it. Therefore, if you must cancel an order, please do so before 3 PM EST on the day before it is scheduled to ship.

Any orders shipping during the holiday season (October 1 – January 15) may be canceled up to 12 PM EST on the day prior to shipping. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accommodated, and the order will ship as scheduled.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected to please plan ahead and order early.

All order cut-off times are subject to change.
