Taste the Bella Difference  | | LaBelle Farm's Foie Gras: Since 1999, Labelle has been producing superior quality Foie Gras from Sullivan, New York . Using the Crossbred Moulard Duck, we refined our foie gras producing process to yield great taste while at the same time rendering off less fat than others in the market. Our selections include Grade A, B, C as well as Euro, Petite, Butter and Portion Sliced Foie Gras.

 | | Bella's Kitchen: From our inhouse kitchen, we bring you our uniquely famous Smoked Duck Drummettes, Pastrami Duck Breast, and Corned Duck Breast. To compliment the line, we also confit legs, and slowly smoke the magret and chicken breast with Hickory and Applewood.

| New York State Fresh Heirloom Chickens: Our free roaming farms in Sullivan, New York has been raising natural chicken for the past quarter decade. They take twice as long to reach maturity over commercial birds and are fed a special diet of corn, canola seeds, and soybeans.

Bella Bella Gourmet Foods is your direct source for foie gras,
specialty meat, poultry, and game birds. We represent a group of farms
in Sullivan County, NY that grow heirloom breeds of Chickens, Poussin,
Partridge, Moulard Duck, Quail, Pintade, Rabbit, Mallard Duck, &
Foie Gras. Our Farms have been producing wholesome poultry for the
past 25 years. In our U.S.D.A. inspected kitchen facility Bella’s
chefs are constantly working to develop exciting new “products thats
taste like no other” for years, now you can experience the difference
for yourself.
