LaBelle Farm’s Duck Liver

A unique departure from chicken liver, duck livers have less fat and higher levels of Iron and Vitamin A. Our special all-natural growing program, and feed produces a liver that has a smooth luxurious finish when made into a pate.

Our duck liver comes from our prized Orvia Ducks, a special proprietary hybrid. We raise our ducks in open air arena style coops which give them plenty of room to exercise and move about lending to great flavor and tenderness.
