Shipping Policy 


Bella Bella Gourmet Foods currently ships all orders overnight, Monday - Thursday, UPS Next Day Air.

(Please allow 2-3 days if placed between Thursday night through Sunday, or Holidays.)


Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee UPS Next Day Air delivery. All orders shipped in insulated boxes via UPS Shipper Release.


Bella Bella Gourmet Foods is not responsible for errors in addresses provided to us. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for the shipping address.

Pick Up Policy

Live close by? Choose our "Pick Up" option when checking out. This feature not only saves on shipping but also helps you expedite any time-sensitive projects.  
We are not a store front, but we will have the products ready for you when you arrive.

Just follow these easy steps:

1. Place your order on

2. Choose the Pick Up In Store option at checkout and provide us with a date and time of when you would like to pick up your order in the comment section.

3. You will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that not all items are eligible for Pick Up In Store right away, we may need an extra day to obtain the product from our farm.

4. Bring your Confirmation email to Bella Bella Gourmet to pick up your order.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST time, excluding Holiday's.


Return Policy and Order Cancellations

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
- The company will not issue a refund to anyone's credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
- Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully.  Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.



You may cancel an order with advance notice. We will do all that we can to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it. Therefore, if you must cancel an order, please do so before 3 PM EST on the day before it is scheduled to ship.

Any orders shipping during the holiday season (October 1 - January 15) may be canceled up to 12 PM EST on the day prior to shipping. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accommodated and the order will ship as scheduled.


PLEASE NOTE: Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. Please plan ahead and order early.
